Terms of Service

By creating an account or using DreamForge Imagine ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

DreamForge Imagine is an AI-assisted thumbnail studio for video creators. It lets you upload avatar references and reusable visual assets, write prompts, generate 16:9 thumbnail concepts using third-party AI image models, and review the resulting library.

Image generation is currently powered by OpenAI's gpt-image family of models. Output quality depends on your prompt, references, and the model itself.

You must create an account to use the dashboard. You may sign in with email and password or with Google. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything done under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

The Service is funded by DreamCrystals, a one-time top-up wallet purchased through Polar (polar.sh). Each generation debits 1–5 crystals depending on quality.

Crystals have no monetary value outside the Service, are non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash. Unused crystals do not expire on a fixed schedule but may be revoked if your account is terminated for cause.

Refunds are handled case by case. Emailsupport@dreamforgeworld.com within 14 days of purchase for any refund request, and we'll consider it in good faith.

You retain ownership of the images you upload. By uploading them, you grant us a non-exclusive license to store and process those images solely to provide the Service to you.

You own the thumbnails the Service generates from your prompts and references, to the extent permitted by applicable law and by OpenAI's usage policies. You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts and references do not infringe anyone's rights.

Generated images are stored in a public Vercel Blob bucket with random, unguessable URLs. Anyone with the URL can read the file. See the Privacy Policy for details.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• ◆Generate content that depicts minors in sexual contexts, or any other content prohibited by OpenAI's usage policies.
• ◆Impersonate real people without their consent, or generate deceptive deepfakes intended to harm a person's reputation.
• ◆Upload reference images you do not own or have permission to use.
• ◆Attempt to bypass authentication, scrape the Service, or abuse the generation API beyond ordinary use.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

You can delete your account at any time by contactingsupport@dreamforgeworld.com. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, liability) survive.

The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated images will be suitable for any particular purpose. AI output is probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless local law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service or by email to your account address. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
